目的探讨舒适护理在患者血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月到2016年1月于我院透析室进行血液透析治疗的患者共126例,将患者随机分为两组,每组63人,对照组患者采用常规血透护理服务,观察组患者采用舒适护理服务,比较两组患者的护理质量及患者护理满意度。结果 (1)观察组患者对护理服务感到舒适的患者有60人,明显多于对照组的50人,两者比较,差异显著,P<0.05。(2)观察组患者在血透治疗期间发生不安全事件2起,明显少于对照组患者的10起,两者比较,差异显著,P<0.05。结论舒适护理在患者血液透析护理中的应用效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in hemodialysis care of patients. Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital dialysis room from January 2012 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (63 in each group). The patients in the control group received routine hemodialysis Patients in the group were treated with comfort care, and the quality of care and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results (1) There were 60 patients in observation group who felt comfortable in nursing service, which was significantly more than 50 in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (2) There were 2 cases of unsafe incidents in the observation group during the hemodialysis treatment, which was significantly less than 10 cases in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with hemodialysis was effective.
