目的:观察中西医结合治疗高原红细胞增多症的疗效。方法:对2008年1月～2009年12月我科确诊的160例高原红细胞增多症患者,随机分为两组,对照组80例常规给予乙烯雌酚治疗。治疗组80例在此基础上加用自拟补气散瘀汤。结果:80例高原红细胞增多症治疗组病例中,显效12例,有效51例,无效17例,总有效率78.7%。结论:中西医结合治疗高原红细胞增多症疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of high altitude polycythemia. Methods: From January 2008 to December 2009, 160 patients with high altitude polycythemia diagnosed in our department were randomly divided into two groups. 80 patients in the control group were given diethylstilbestrol. Treatment group of 80 cases on the basis of self-made with qi scattered stasis soup. Results: Among 80 cases of high altitude polycythemia patients, 12 cases were markedly effective, 51 cases were effective, 17 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 78.7%. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine is effective in treating high altitude polycythemia.
