目的:观察“三仙”不同炮制品对正常小鼠胃肠运动及体重、食量、饮水量的影响。方法:采用半固体糊推进法对比“三仙”不同炮制品对正常小鼠胃肠运动的影响;结合食量、饮水量,观察“三仙”不同炮制品对正常小鼠体重的影响。结果:生品的高剂量与焦品的高剂量组小肠推进率高于空白组(P<0.05),焦品的中剂量组小肠推进率明显高于空白组(P<0.01),且与阳性组无明显区别(P>0.05);生品的高剂量组与焦品的中剂量组胃残留率均低于空白组(P<0.05);空白组小鼠的体重明显增加(P<0.01),炒品中、低剂量小鼠的体重明显增加(P<0.01),炒品高剂量组小鼠体重增加(P<0.05),焦品低剂量小鼠的体重增加(P<0.05)。结论:“三仙”的生品和焦品具有促进小鼠胃肠运动的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of different processed products of “Sanxian” on gastrointestinal motility and body weight, food intake and water intake in normal mice. Methods: The semi-solid paste method was used to compare the effects of different processed products of “Sanxian” on the gastrointestinal motility of normal mice. According to the food intake and water intake, the effects of different processed products of “Sanxian” influences. Results: The rate of small intestine propulsion was higher in high dose group and high dose group than in blank group (P <0.05). The rate of intestinal propulsion in middle dose group was significantly higher than that in blank group (P <0.01) (P> 0.05). The gastric residual rate of middle dose group was lower than that of blank group (P <0.05). The body weight of blank group was significantly increased (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The body weight of mice in the high-dose group increased (P <0.05), and the body weight of low-dose mice in Jiaojiang group increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: “Sanxian ” raw goods and coke products have the role of promoting gastrointestinal motility in mice.
