1997年2月12日,蒋纬国初恋情人施利聆女士在苏州去世,而她生前状告《蒋氏家庭秘史》一书4位作者及出版社侵害名誉权案件,由她儿子程于杰“前赴后继”继续告状,决战到底,终于赢来了官司的全面胜利,1997年12月4日,北京市第一中级人民法院作出一审判决:被告于判决生效后应停止对施利聆名誉权的侵害,刊登向施利聆近亲属赔礼道歉的声明,支付精神损害赔偿费3000元…… 施利聆女士在九泉之下可以放心了,她被侵犯的合法权益终于得到了法律的保护。 1998年元月3日,笔者驱车赶往苏州,采访了施利聆一案的委托代理人之一王金汝。
