1988年7月1—8日于澳大利亚堪培拉举行了大陆及其边缘地震探测国际讨论会,会上主要交流了世界各国近年来用地震反射方法探测岩石圈的工作经验及成果。全球3万公里的深反射地震剖面及三维人工地震观测,给出了大陆及其边缘地区的岩石圈细结构图像,为研究地壳演化及深部过程提供了重要依据。本文综合介绍了这次国际讨论会的主要内容,包括:全球深地震反射剖面的主要成果及展望、岩石圈细结构及反射性质的研究、人工地震的地壳三维成像,及数据搜集和处理方法的进展。
July 1-8, 1988 In Canberra, Australia, an international symposium on seismic exploration on the mainland and its periphery was held. The meeting mainly exchanged the experiences and achievements of the countries in the world in detecting lithosphere using seismic reflection methods in recent years. The 30,000 km deep reflection seismic section and the 3D artificial seismic observation in the world provide the lithospheric fine structure images of the mainland and its margins, which provide an important basis for the study of crustal evolution and deep processes. This paper provides an overview of the main topics of this international symposium, including the main achievements and prospects of the global deep seismic reflection profile, the study on the fine structure and reflection properties of lithosphere, the crustal 3D imaging of artificial earthquakes, and the data collection and processing methods progress.
