目的:不对称扩弓辅弓治疗单侧牙弓宽度不调的力学分析及临床应用效果总结。方法:分别测量Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型不对称扩弓辅弓在不同宽度时对主弓丝的力值大小,并将不对称扩弓辅弓应用于临床,矫治后牙反牙合,单侧后牙区锁牙合及偏颌,观察其临床疗效。结果:不对称扩弓辅弓作用点不同,产生的力值不同,辅弓宽度不同产生的力值也不同。临床上可以根据需要灵活应用于不同部位,达到所需要的扩弓效果,一般2~3个月即可达到扩展牙弓的目的。结论:不对称扩弓辅弓是治疗单侧牙弓宽度异常的有效装置
OBJECTIVE: Mechanical analysis and clinical application of unilateral arch asymmetry in the treatment of unilateral arch width. Methods: The magnitudes of the force of the asymmetrical sphincter of type Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ on the archwire at different widths were measured respectively. The asymmetrical sphincter of the arch was applied to the clinic, Posterior teeth area occlusal and jaw, observe its clinical efficacy. Results: Asymmetrical expansion of bow auxiliary bow role points are different, resulting in different force values, auxiliary bow width of different force values are also different. According to the clinical needs can be flexibly applied to different parts, to achieve the required expansion effect, usually 2 to 3 months to achieve the purpose of expanding dental arch. Conclusion: Asymmetrical expansion of the bow is an effective device to treat unilateral arch width abnormalities
