首次报道日本血吸虫童虫培养细胞的光镜及扫描电镜观察结果。光镜下日本血吸虫童虫培养细胞可分为圆颗粒形,鞭毛形、多角形、三角扇形及不规则形,其中以圆颗粒形细胞占多数。童虫培养细胞虽较成虫培养细胞小,但在光镜和扫描电镜下两者的结构相似。SEMIPS图像分析结果表明,圆颗粒形细胞和鞭毛形细胞在面积、周长、最大、最小直径及圆球率等方面差异存在显著性(P<0.01)。
The first report of Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma cultured cells by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy results. Light microscopy Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma cultured cells can be divided into round granular shape, flagellum-shaped, polygonal, triangular fan-shaped and irregular shape, of which round granular cells accounted for the majority. Although the cultured cells of Schistosoma japonicum are smaller than that of adult cells, their structures are similar under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results of SEM-IPS image analysis showed that there were significant differences in the area, the circumference, the maximum, the minimum diameter and the sphere ratio between the round granular cells and the flagellar cells (P <0.01).
