教育家霍姆林斯基指出:“能促使自我教育的教育,才是真正的教育。”自我教育作为教育的最高境界,是团组织做好青年思想工作的有效途径。适应社会发展的需要,团组织在用好传统教育方式的同时,应该大力加强青年自我教育。青年的自我教育是指青年为提高自身素质而自觉进行的思想转化和行为控制活动,是青年实现自我发展目标而进行的自我培养活动,也是培养刨新人才的必要条件。
Educator Hollinski pointed out: “Education that promotes self-education is the real education.” Self-education, as the highest state of education, is an effective way for CYL organizations to do their ideological work with young people. In order to meet the needs of social development, the CYL organizations should make every effort to strengthen their self-education while making good use of traditional methods of education. Self-education of young people refers to the ideological transformation and behavior control activities that young people consciously carry out in order to improve their own qualities. It is a self-cultivation activity for young people to achieve self-development goals and a necessary condition for cultivating new talents.
