我们研制出一种正压型分流式双管单动局部反循环钻具（定为FF—1型，简称“分反钻具”），适用于硬脆碎或其它松散的破碎地层钻进。该钻具在八个野外大队，十七台钻机作生产试验，钻过十一种不同的破碎地层，总进尺3950米，1739个回次，平均回次长度2.27米，比正循环双管钻具（以下简称“正双钻具”）提高1～2倍；平均岩矿心采取率95％以上（极难采地层也达到75～85％）。此外，钻头的使用寿命还有明显的提高。据统计，西南地勘局206大队2分队使用分反钻具后台效由289米提高到649米，华东地勘局265大队8分队试验期间台效由400
