乙肝血源疫苗蔗糖离心后样品，经日本BMM系统过滤后，对蛋白含量和乙肝表面抗原活性没有明显影响，但对去除乙肝病毒颗粒有明显效果，因此，进一步提高了乙肝疫苗的回收率和安全性。
