行政道德在行政法的施行中起到的重要的作用,但是现今我国正处于社会转型时期,各种矛盾和冲突的出现导致行政道德缺失的现象十分严重,主要表现在行政行为的轻率与不作为,行政效率低下,腐败现象严重等方面。导致这种状况的原因有很多方面,我们应该加强行政道德立法、加大对行政人员的道德教育力度、建立监督机制、及加强对行政人员的行政伦理人格的培养。

The emergence of various contradictions and conflicts leads to a serious lack of administrative morality, which is mainly manifested in the recklessness and omission of administrative acts Administrative inefficiency, serious corruption and so on.
