1950年随着蔡孝乾等人叛变和吴石、朱谌之等人被杀,中共台湾地下党组织遭到了毁灭性打击,但之后的台湾仍然打出不少“匪谍”案。影响较大的,有郭廷亮“匪谍”案,整掉了孙立人,整高了蒋经国在军中的地位;《自由中国》“匪谍”案,整垮了《自由中国》杂志,整哑了胡适,也将雷震整进了监狱;“大力水手”“匪谍”案,居然将柏杨先生等人打成了“匪”谍,整惨了台湾思想界,也整残了台湾所谓舆论自由。
In 1950, following the mutiny of Tsai Hsiao-chan and others and the killing of Wu Shi and Zhu Chenzhi, underground party organizations in Taiwan’s Communist Party of China (CPC) have been devastatingly battered.
