一、科技管理课题在科学学课题体系中的地位和作用苏联科学院社会科学情报研究所编辑出版的《外国社会科学新文献索引,科学学类》(以下简称《科学学类》)(?),一般把各国的科学学文献分为18类’其分类如下: 1.关于马克思列宁主义奠基者的文献; 2.共产党和工人党与科学发展问题; 3.科学学的理论和方法论; 4.科学学史; 5.科学学及其各门分支学科发展的现状和前景; 6.科学学专家的代表会议和学术会议; 7.关于科学学问题的定期出版物;
