本文论述了水轮机座环与蜗壳尾部配装时的难点、易出现的问题,总结了装配需关注和考虑的事项及蜗壳尾部与舌板和座环的相贯线定位法,为今后的实际操作过程提供更合理、方便的解决方法。
In this paper, the difficulties and the easy problems when assembling the turbine seat ring and the volute tail are discussed. The matters needing attention and consideration of the assembly and the method of positioning the intersection of the tail and the tongue and seat ring are summarized. The actual operation provides a more reasonable and convenient solution.
