应用γ闪烁计数装置探讨Na~(99m)TcO4(~(99m)Tc-P)和~(99m)Tc-植酸钠(~(99m)Tc-Phy)在小鼠体内的生物动力学分布.结果显示,以每克组织蓄积的放射性活度计,~(99m)Tc-P在注后30min以肺脏的含量最多,~(99m)胸Tc-Phy在肝脏的含量最多.随时间的延续,~(99m)Tc-Phy在各器官的含量逐渐减少,而在脾脏的蓄积量明显增多,注后60min时约为10min时的3倍。结果提示,~(99m)Tc-Phy不仅在60min内可用于肝脏扫描,往后扫描时间越早显像效果越好,而且在60min时脾脏扫描显像效果最好。~(99m)Tc-P似有可能用于肺脏显像扫描,尚需进一步研讨。
To investigate the biokinetic distribution of 99mTcO4 and 99mTc-Phytrium in 99mTcO4 and 99mTc-Phy in mice by γ-scintillation counter. The results showed that the content of ~ (99m) Tc-P in the lungs was the highest at 30 min post-injection and the radioactivity of 99m Tc-Phy was highest in the liver at the radioactivity per gram of tissue. Over time, the content of ~ (99m) Tc-Phy in all organs gradually decreased, while the volume of ~ (99m) Tc-Phy increased obviously in the spleen. The results suggest that ~ (99m) Tc-Phy can not only be used for liver scanning in 60min, but the earlier the scanning time, the better the imaging effect, and the spleen scan imaging is the best at 60min. ~ (99m) Tc-P may be used for lung imaging scanning, still need further study.
