用薄层色谱分离肺表面活性剂中各磷脂组分，并用薄层扫描法测定其主成分磷脂酰胆碱的含量。本实验线性范围为3～15μs，平均回收率为95.85％。结果表明薄层扫描色谱法可作为磷脂中卵磷脂含量的快速测定方法。
The fractions of each phospholipid in pulmonary surfactant were separated by thin-layer chromatography and the content of phosphatidylcholine was determined by TLC. The experimental linear range of 3 ~ 15μs, the average recovery was 95.85%. The results show that TLC can be used as a phospholipid in the rapid determination of lecithin content.
