[背景]探讨腮腺良性肿瘤手术中保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支的临床意义.[病例报告]选择接受手术治疗的成年腮腺良性肿瘤患者86例,手术中均保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支,检查术前及术后1,3,6,12个月时的耳垂及耳后部分感觉情况.术后患者出现暂时性的耳垂及耳后区麻木,l~4个月后基本恢复正常,无1例发生耳垂及耳后区皮肤长期麻木.[讨论]腮腺良性肿瘤手术中保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支可降低手术并发症,提高患者生活质量.
[Background] To investigate the clinical significance of ear lobes after preserving the large auricular ear in benign parotid tumor surgery. [Case Report] 86 patients with benign parotid gland tumors undergoing surgical treatment were selected. All the patients received large ear ear lobes Branch and check the preoperative and postoperative 1, 3, 6, 12 months after the earlobe and ear feeling part of the postoperative patients with temporary earlobe and posterior area numbness, l ~ 4 months later returned to normal , No case of earlobe and long-term skin numbness in the posterior area of the ear. [Discussion] Surgical treatment of parotid benign large ear ear, the earlobe branch can reduce the surgical complications and improve patient quality of life.
