梁某,女性,62岁,退休工人。病案号:96599因甲亢术后怕热多汗消瘦6年,腰膝关节疼痛活动障碍2年。于1988年5月29日入院。患者在1976年患甲亢而行甲状腺次全切除术,术后第6年又出现怕热多汗心悸,经多次住农场医院诊为“甲亢术后复发”经长期内服“他巴唑,心得安”治疗无效。近2年来上述症状加重,食欲减退,头晕乏力,腰及两膝关节疼痛,活动障碍,下蹲困难,无力站起,行走需扶物,生活不能自理。曾在他院按“风湿性关节炎”治疗无效。查体:面色(?)白,体质消瘦,脉弦细数,舌质红,苔薄白,甲状腺Ⅱ°肿大,质较硬,无压痛,可
