我科于1992年6月～9月间应用心痛定缓解急性腹痛37例,取得了满意临床效果,现报告如下:临床资料:37例患者中男28例,女9例,年龄20～56岁,病程半小时至3小时。治疗方法:心痛定片10～20mg舌下含化。30分钟内疼痛缓解或减轻为有效,反之无效。全部病例的疾病主要是急性胃肠炎,胃、肠痉挛,菌痢和溃疡发作时上腹疼等。治疗结果:37例中全部于30分钟内疼痛缓解,其中3～10分钟之内减轻为21例,11～20分钟之内减轻者为12例,21～30分钟之内减轻者为4例。讨论:心痛定为第2类钙离子拮抗剂,其作用机
Our department in June 1992 ~ September application of nifedipine relieve acute abdominal pain in 37 cases, and achieved satisfactory clinical results, are as follows: Clinical data: 37 patients, 28 males and 9 females, aged 20 to 56 years , Duration of half an hour to 3 hours. Treatment: heartache tablets 10 ~ 20mg sublingual. Pain relief or relief within 30 minutes is effective, and vice versa. All cases of the disease is mainly acute gastroenteritis, stomach, intestinal cramps, bacillary dysentery and ulcer attack on the abdominal pain and so on.
