目的:探讨圣尔康对肾病的治疗作用。方法:将SD雄性大鼠90只随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、阳性药保肾康片组,圣尔康胶囊高剂量组、圣尔康胶囊中剂量组、圣尔康胶囊低剂量组。以链霉素(streptomycin,SM)诱导大鼠肾病模型。造模后24小时开始给药,疗程为三周。以一般状况、肾脏脏器系数、尿蛋白、血红蛋白、血肌酐(Cre-S)、尿素氮(BUN)及甘油三酯(Trig)等为观察指标,观察圣尔康胶囊对鼠肾病模型的治疗作用;取肾组织做光镜检查,观察肾脏组织结构的变化。结果:链霉素注射后,造模组大鼠尿蛋白、血红蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮及甘油三酯水平均较正常组显著增加,提示肾病模型制成。病理结果显示肾小管上皮细胞出现水肿及空泡样病变。给予圣尔康胶囊治疗3周后后,大鼠一般状况显著改善,Cre-S、BUN、Trig、大鼠尿液量、尿蛋白、微量游离血红蛋白及肾脏脏器系数水平同模型组相比均有明显好转(P<0.05)。病理组织学检查则显示,圣尔康胶囊可有效减轻肾小管水肿及空泡变的作用,使肾脏病变程度有所减轻。结论:圣尔康胶囊各治疗组对肾病大鼠均有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shengerkang on nephropathy. Methods: Ninety SD male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model group, positive medicine Baoshenkang tablet group, Shengerkang capsule high dose group, Shengerkang capsule middle dose group, Shengerkang capsule Low dose group. Rat models of nephropathy were induced by streptomycin (SM). Twenty-four hours after model administration, the course of treatment is three weeks. To observe the effect of Shengerkang Capsule on rat model of nephropathy with the general condition, the index of kidney organ, urinary protein, hemoglobin, Cre-S, BUN and Trig. Effect; take kidney tissue light microscopy, observe the changes in renal tissue structure. Results: After streptomycin injection, urinary protein, hemoglobin, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and triglyceride in rats in model group were significantly increased compared with those in normal group, suggesting that nephropathy model was made. Pathological findings showed tubular epithelial cells with edema and vacuolar lesions. After 3 weeks of treatment with Sheng’erkang capsule, the general condition of rats was significantly improved. Urinary level of urine, urine protein, trace free hemoglobin and renal organ coefficient of Cre-S, BUN, Trig were significantly lower than those of model group There was a significant improvement (P <0.05). Histopathological examination showed that Sheng Er Kang capsules can effectively reduce the tubular edema and vacuolar changes, so that the degree of renal lesion has been reduced. Conclusion: Shengerkang capsules in each treatment group have a certain therapeutic effect on nephrotic rats.
