深受尊敬和爱戴的张孝达先生永远离开了我们。令人十分悲痛。张先生是我国数学教育界的老前辈,为我国中小学数学课程、教材的研究编制作出了突出的贡献。记得我读中学时所用的人教社数学课本就是张先生任主编的。我认识张先生是在八十年代参加全国数学教育研讨会时,当时正是新一轮教育改革大潮涌起之际,同一主题,不同侧重的全国性数学教育研讨会相对较多,当时我任中学数学教研员,并应邀任西南师大王
