2009年4月29日,由上海市青浦区科委、青浦区知识产权局和我社联合举办了“自主知识产权助推企业发展论坛”。上海市知识产权局局长陈志兴,上海市青浦区副区长张汪耀,上海市知识产权局党组副书记季振坤,青浦科委主任、知识产权局局长顾啸流在论坛上畅谈知识产权。科技企业,特别是高新技术企业在上海市青浦区的经济发展中起到了越来越重要的作用。仅2008年,青浦全区工业企业实现产值1318.1亿元,其中,高新技术企业实现产值320.2亿元。在许许多多的青浦科技企业中,上海金发科技发展有限公司与上海熊猫机械(集团)有限公司无疑是十分具有代表性的,这两家企业都十分重视知识产权方面的工作,使得企业在金融危机的冲击下依然保持着良好的发展势头,上海金发和熊猫机械在知识产权方面的经验十分具有借鉴作用。
