要想搞好学校工作、提高教育质量,重要的一条就是要加强教师队伍的思想建设。几年来,我们坚持抓好教师队伍的思想政治工作,努力在教师中形成三种风气:一是热爱教育事业、热爱学生的风气;二是重精神文明、不只向钱看的风气;三是团结、互助、友爱的风气。目前在这三方面初步取得了一些成效。我们的做法和体会如下:
