异构前列腺素是花生四烯酸在生物膜上通过自由基催化发生过氧化作用而形成。它是反映脂质过氧化作用特异性标志物。肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统是机体内调节血压的重要体系,能调控氧化应激反应水平。血管紧张素Ⅱ通过活化1型受体参与机体氧化应激反应,促进异构前列腺素生成。而异构前列腺素增强血管紧张素Ⅱ的血管收缩效应。异构前列腺素既能监测机体氧化应激动态变化过程,也能成为肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的指向标。
Hetero prostaglandins are formed by the radical oxidation of arachidonic acid on biofilms by free radical catalysis. It is a specific marker that reflects lipid peroxidation. The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system is an important system for regulating blood pressure in the body and regulates the level of oxidative stress. Angiotensin II is involved in the body’s oxidative stress through activation of type 1 receptors, promoting isoprostaglandin production. Isoprostaglandins enhance the vasoconstrictive effect of angiotensin II. Hetero prostaglandins not only monitor the dynamic process of oxidative stress in the body, but also become the targets of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.
