朱雪金生于1915年11月14日。她自幼尝遍辛酸,9岁就被抱养到九江市艾城镇东门村罗家组的一户贫苦农家当童养媳。成年后成婚,朱雪金夫妇先后共生了子女12胎,但因家境极为贫困,有病无钱医,其中9个都夭折了,活下来的只有二女一子。如今,大女儿82岁,小女儿63岁,身体都很健康;儿子年龄最小,才56岁,是家里的顶梁柱。朱雪金如今虽居百岁高龄,但仍耳聪目明、头脑清楚、精神矍铄、说话声音洪亮,只是去年摔了一跤导致行动有些不便。笔者问及老人的养生方法时,老人笑呵
