我院对1例肺心病、冠心病、急性心衰发作期患者在西医常规治疗上,加用腹蛇抗栓酶冶疗,取得一定疗效,现将病例报告如下。 患者,男,75岁,汽车司机,因咳嗽、咳痰、气急、头昏、胸闷、心悸,下肢浮肿入院。原有肺结核,轻度肺气肿,冠心病。体格检查:T 38.1℃,R 28次/min,P 104次/min,BP 21/12.5 kPa,口唇轻度发绀,肺部可闻及干性啰音,心律齐,心率106次/min,未闻及
