目的了解武义县0~14岁儿童主要死亡原因,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对武义县2011-2013年0~14岁儿童死亡监测资料进行描述性分析。结果 2011-2013年武义县0~14岁儿童死亡66例,占全人群死亡数的0.95%。年平均死亡率为43.74/10万,3年粗死亡率分别为54.99/10万、44.49/10万、29.60/10万,标化死亡率为59.41/10万、43.49/10万和28.40/10万;意外伤害、肿瘤、围生因素是导致0~14岁儿童死亡的前3位原因,而意外伤害中引起儿童死亡的主要原因是淹死和机动车交通事故。结论针对武义县0~14岁儿童的主要死亡原因,在做好孕期围生保健的基础上,还应加强意外伤害健康肿瘤预防的干预,有效降低儿童死亡率。
Objective To understand the main causes of death among children aged 0 ~ 14 in Wuyi County, and to provide basis for making interventions. Methods Descriptive analysis of death monitoring data of children aged 0-14 in Wuyi County from 2011 to 2013 was conducted. Results In 2011-2013, 66 children aged 0-14 years old in Wuyi County were killed, accounting for 0.95% of total population deaths. The average annual death rate was 43.74 / 100000, the three-year crude death rates were 54.99 / 100000, 44.49 / 100000, 29.60 / 100000 respectively, and the standardized death rates were 59.41 / 100000, 43.49 / 100000 and 28.40 / 10 In the first three causes of accidental injury, tumor and perinatal deaths among children aged 0-14 years, the major causes of child death in accidental injuries were drowning and motor vehicle accidents. Conclusions Aiming at the main causes of death among children aged 0 ~ 14 in Wuyi County, on the basis of perinatal health care during pregnancy, the prevention of accidental injury to healthy cancer should be strengthened to reduce the child mortality rate effectively.
