目的了解北京市大兴区集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为改善集中空调通风系统卫生状况、加强卫生监管工作提供决策依据。方法 2013年7-11月,在大兴区随机抽取58家使用集中空调通风系统的单位进行现场卫生学调查与抽样检测。结果 27.59%的单位配置了净化消毒装置;25.86%的单位制定了预防空气传播性疾病的应急预案;77.59%的单位建有卫生管理维护档案;72.73%的单位完成了运行期间每三个月一次的嗜肺军团菌卫生检测;68.97%的单位完成了两年一次的通风系统卫生检测;现场抽检管道积尘、细菌、真菌各40份,合格率分别为85.00%、90.00%、100.00%;冷却水及冷凝水均未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论大兴区集中空调通风系统单位的卫生管理状况与相关法律法规要求仍存在一定的差距。
Objective To understand the sanitation status of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in Daxing District, Beijing, and to provide decision-making basis for improving sanitation status of central air-conditioning and ventilation system and strengthening health supervision. Methods From July to November 2013, 58 units using centralized ventilation and ventilation system were randomly selected from Daxing District for on-site hygiene survey and sampling. Results 27.59% of the units were equipped with decontamination and disinfection units; 25.86% of the units formulated contingency plans to prevent airborne diseases; 77.59% of the units had health management and maintenance records; 72.73% of the units completed the operation once every three months Legionella pneumophila hygienic test; 68.97% of the units completed the biennial ventilation system sanitation testing; on-site sampling of pipe dust, bacteria and fungi each 40, pass rate were 85.00%, 90.00%, 100.00%; cooling Legionella pneumophila were not detected in water and condensate. Conclusion Daxing District, central air conditioning and ventilation system unit health management status and relevant laws and regulations still exist some gaps.
