目的:探讨盐酸特拉唑嗪控制嗜铬细胞瘤高血压的效果。方法:回顾性总结14 例嗜铬细胞瘤手术前使用盐酸特拉唑嗪的剂量与降压效果。结果:治疗7~14 d后,血压由(180~250)/(105~160)mmHg降至(140~160)/(90~100)mmHg,用药前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗嗜铬细胞瘤的高血压安全有效,可以用于嗜铬细胞瘤的术前准备。
Objective: To investigate the effect of terazosin hydrochloride on the control of hypertension in pheochromocytoma. Methods: The dose and antihypertensive effect of terazosin hydrochloride in 14 cases of pheochromocytoma were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Blood pressure decreased from (180 ~ 250) / (105 ~ 160) mmHg to (140 ~ 160) / (90 ~ 100) mmHg after 7 to 14 days of treatment, with significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.01) . CONCLUSION: Terazosin hydrochloride is safe and effective in the treatment of hypertension in pheochromocytoma and can be used for preoperative preparation of pheochromocytoma.
