继英国之后,日本推行鸦片侵华政策。由日本政府操纵的鸦片专卖和它纵容的毒品走私,导致中国境内烟毒长期泛滥。在推销鸦片等毒品的过程中,日本还从中国获得了充裕的鸦片税收。本文拟对日本推行的鸦片侵华政策问题加以探讨。
Following Britain, Japan pursued the opium policy of aggression against China. The opiate monopoly operated by the Japanese government and the smuggling of drugs it condoned led to the long-term spread of drug abuse in China. In marketing opium and other drugs, Japan also obtained ample opium tax revenue from China. This article intends to discuss Japan’s policy of the opium invasion of China.
