“家家户户配灭火器”是省消防局针对我省城镇居民家庭火灾隐患和火灾损失日趋严重的现状而提出的一项带有全局性的基础工作。由于这项工作具有涉及面广、群众性强、工作难度大等特点,故有“工程”之称。去年10月,省公安厅在衢州召开现场会,适时推出了全省实施“家家户户配灭火器工程”三年规划,并报经省政府同意下发各地贯彻执行。根据这个规划,1997年全社会家庭灭火器配备率要达到20％,1998年达到80％,1999年完成这项工作。但是从各地执行的情况看,达到这个要求尚有一定差距和难度。这里有个认识上的“误区”。

However, the implementation of the situation from all over to see that there are still some gaps and difficulties to achieve this requirement. There is a misunderstanding here.
