“双元制”的概念来源于德国独具特色的“双元制”职业教育。“双元制”中的一元指职业院校,另一元指企业。顶岗实习是导游专业教学过程中的重要一环,由于行业和岗位的特殊性,对于导游学生的实习管理更需要使用院校和企业的合力,加强院校和企业实质性和具体性的交流与合作。本文从我院导游专业学生顶岗实习的实际情况和管理现状出发,归纳总结出其中的经验和问题。并从“双元制”模式内涵式借鉴的角度,提出学院与企业应共同制定完善的实习管理制度,研究建立起一个院校和企业紧密沟通、无缝对接的实习管理平台的思路和方法,以帮助导游专业的学生在实习过程中真正获得技能型知识,促使实习环节达到其真正的教育和教学意义。
“Dual system ” concept comes from the unique German “dual system ” vocational education. “Dual system ” in the one refers to vocational institutions, the other refers to enterprises. The internship is an important part of the teaching process of the tour guide. Due to the particularity of the industry and the post, the internship management of the tour guide students needs the cooperation of colleges and enterprises to strengthen the substantive and concrete exchanges between the colleges and enterprises Cooperation. Based on the actual situation and management status of internship in major tour guides in our college, this paper summarizes the experiences and problems therein. And from the perspective of the connotation of “dual system” mode, it is suggested that colleges and enterprises should jointly develop a sound practice management system and study the idea of establishing an internship management platform with close communication and seamless connection between institutions and enterprises. Method to help tour guides students acquire real skill-based knowledge during the internship process, and promote the real-life education and teaching significance of the internship.
