丙戊酸钠(Sodium Valproate)是一种广谱抗癫痫药物,对各种类型癫痫均有一定疗效。我校二院儿内科与省医院儿科应用丙戊酸钠分别治疗小儿癫痫40例及78例,现将临床观察综合报告如下:临床资料一、一般资料1.病例选择:本组118例病儿均为门诊病例。2.年龄:小于3岁的24例,4～7岁31例,8～15岁63例。3.性别:男多于女,男68例,女50例。4.类型:大发作57例,失神小发作7例,小运动型7例,精神运动型3例,限局性运动型29例,植物性发作8例,婴儿痉挛症7例。5、病程:半年以内60例,半年以上58例。
