会议的由来国际自然和自然资源保护同盟(IUCN)是联合国教科文组织和法国政府于1948年在法国的芳坦诺布连创立的.其性质是为有效地保护自然与自然资源而建立的国际性领导机构.到1988年为止,已有120个国家和600多个政府机构和学术组织作为团体会员加入了同盟.1992年2月10-21日在委内瑞拉首都加拉加斯召开了IUCN世界第四届国家公园与保护区会议.我国共有8名代表参加了会议.会间(IUCN)国家公园与保护区专业委员会(CNPPA)副
The Origin of the Conference The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) was founded by the French government of France and France in 1992 by Instituto Nobran, the international community for the conservation of nature and natural resources Sexual Leadership Institutions. As of 1988, 120 countries and over 600 government agencies and academic organizations have joined the Alliance as group members. The IUCN World Congress was held in Caracas, Venezuela from February 10-21, 1992 Fourth National Parks and Protected Areas Conference.
