目的研究分析肺结核合并艾滋病患者CD4+淋巴细胞测定和临床特点。方法回顾性分析167例肺结核合并艾滋病患者临床治疗资料。结果 167例肺结核合并艾滋病患者的临床治疗资料回顾性分析发现,患者临床治疗相关影像学特征指标与CD4+细胞计数比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核合并艾滋病患者予以胸部影像学检查容易提高检出率,有利于患者采取有针对性的治疗方法 ,具有较大的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the CD4 + lymphocyte count and clinical features in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with AIDS. Methods Retrospective analysis of 167 cases of tuberculosis with AIDS in patients with clinical data. Results A retrospective analysis of 167 cases of tuberculosis with AIDS in patients with clinical data found that patients with clinical treatment-related imaging features and CD4 + cell count was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is easy to improve the detection rate of chest X-ray examination in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS. It is helpful for the patients to take targeted treatment and has great clinical application value.
