旅游服务与管理专业的教育目标是培养具有一定应变能力和良好服务意识的应用型技能人才,而应变能力和服务意识都是对客服务最基本的要求。然而在许多学校的实作课中,很少涉及真正的对客服务,大多是通过模拟完成教学。针对这种情况,成都市工程职业技术学校旅游服务与管理专业探索并实践了实景化教学模式,立体化培养现代旅游业、服务业人才。
Tourism service and management professional education goal is to train a certain degree of adaptability and good service awareness of skilled personnel, and adaptability and sense of service are the most basic customer service requirements.
