内蒙通辽农管局各级党委认真学习、贯彻中央文件,不断解决斗争中出现的新问题,把打击经济犯罪活动的斗争引向深入。到10月为止,全局已掌握各种经济犯罪案件88起,已查清结案27起,其中千元以上的案件9起,两千元以上的1起。已拘留8人,逮捕5人,判刑7人,给予其它刑事处分的3人。收回脏款脏物折款27,000多元。提高领导认识,增强自觉性斗争一开始,局党委和各场党委的部分领导同志,对打击经济犯罪活动的斗争认识不足,有的认为,我们内地农牧场“油水”不大,不可能有“大老虎”。还有一部分领导吸收历次运动的消极教训,怕重犯扩大化错误,怕连累自己,怕“拔出萝卜带出泥”。认识不高,必然导致行动上软弱无力,组织
