近几年来国内在一些污水处理构筑物中相继安装了机械格栅,型式各有不同,本文主要说明滑块式机械格栅的设计问题。图1~2是用两根钢丝绳牵引耙子的机械格栅,已分别运转了一年半到五年的时间。耙子沿滑块导轨运动。靠自重下移到低位后向下摆动,耙齿插入格栅栅条间隙,然后由钢丝绳牵引向上移动,耙除垃圾,到达一定位置后耙子逐渐抬起,同时刮板自动将耙上的垃圾刮到垃圾槽中。随后已张开的耙子停留于高位,一个工作循环结束。
In recent years, domestically installed mechanical grids have been installed in some sewage treatment structures. The types of these grids are different.
