三1936年10月鲁迅逝世,中共中央发出《告全国同胞书》,提出建立鲁迅纪念设施。1945年10月郭沫若在《新华日报》发表文章,建议建立鲁迅博物馆。1949年1月北平解放,北京市军管会文化接管委员会文物部开始筹备鲁迅故居的恢复工作。1952年2月,文化部文物局正式接管鲁迅故居,并对故居按原样进行修缮。1954年,文化部决定在故居旁边建设鲁迅博物馆。
III. Lu Xun’s death in October 1936, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a Letter to the People of the Whole Country and proposed the establishment of a commemorative facility for Lu Xun. In October 1945, Guo Moruo published an article in Xinhua Daily, suggesting the establishment of the Luxun Museum. Liberation of Peking in January 1949, the Cultural Relics Commission of Beijing Municipality on Takeover Commission began preparations for the restoration of the former residence of Lu Xun. In February 1952, the Cultural Relics Bureau of the Ministry of Culture officially took over the former residence of Lu Xun and renovated the former residence as it was. In 1954, the Ministry of Culture decided to build the Luxun Museum next to the former residence.
