炉墙与保温设计关系到锅炉运行的安全 性、经济性。在快装型工业锅炉节能化设计中占有重要地位。本文分析比较了国内几种典型的快装型锅炉炉墙与保温的优缺点及其使用情况,提供了目前在快装型工业锅炉上常用的耐火、保温材料的有关理化性能。提出了快装型锅炉炉墙与保温设计计算方法的建议。并用该方法对国内几种典型设计进行了校核计算。从中得到了有益的结论。
Furnace wall and insulation design related to the safety of boiler operation, economy. In the fast-loading industrial boiler energy-saving design occupies an important position. This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several typical fast-installed boiler walls and heat preservation in China, and provides the physical and chemical properties of fire-resistant and heat-preservation materials currently used in fast-loading industrial boilers. Put forward the suggestion of the calculation method of furnace wall and insulation design for quick loading boiler. This method is used to check and calculate several typical designs in China. From which we can draw useful conclusions.
