在设计活塞式风马达中,配气阀的设计是一个很关键的问题,它的设计是否合理,对风马达的性能(功率、效率、耗气量等)起着决定性的影响。目前国内尚缺乏这方面的资料,本文想对此问题试进行讨论。对活塞式风马达主要参数的设计计算,东北工学院已有文章介绍,根据设计要求的已知条件(有效功率 N_(ef)进、排气绝对压力 P_1、P_2进、排气绝对温度 T_1、T_2,转速 n,绝热总效率η_(2d)等),可计算出曲轴的偏心距 e 和气缸直径 D 等主要参数。
