针对某双机架可逆四辊CVC(Continuous Variable Crown)冷轧机轧辊服役后期带钢出现二肋浪的情况,采用影响函数法对轧辊磨损前后轧机的板形控制特性进行了对比分析。综合考虑轧辊热辊形、磨损辊形以及辊系弹性变形和带钢张应力分布,结合轧机的板形控制策略,以加权的二次板形和四次板形偏差平方和为目标函数,利用二维单纯形搜索法开发了板形控制预设定模型。研究结果表明:工作辊磨损量较小,对轧机板形控制性能的影响较小;支撑辊磨损后期,带钢的二次凸度变化较小,而四次凸度值显著变大。现场工业实验表明该模型给出的预设定值提高了带钢的板形质量和板形控制的稳定性,减少了支撑辊服役后期带钢的板形缺陷,为改善该轧机产品的板形质量提供了理论参考。
In order to find out the situation of Erlang wave in the strip at the late stage of service of a two-stand reversible four-roll CVC (Continuous Variable Crown) roll mill, the shape control characteristics of the mill before and after roll wear were analyzed by using the influence function method. Considering the heat roller shape, the wear roller shape, the elastic deformation of the roller system and the strip stress distribution, combined with the plate shape control strategy of the rolling mill, the weighted quadratic sum of the quadratic plate shape and the quadratic plate shape deviation is taken as the objective function, A two-dimensional simplex search method has been developed to develop a pre-set shape control system. The results show that the work roll wear is small, which has little effect on the strip shape control performance. In the late stage of backup roll wear, the secondary crown changes little and the fourth convexity significantly increases. The field experiments show that the preset value given by this model can improve the strip shape quality and the stability of strip shape control and reduce the strip shape defects of the support roll at the late stage of service.
