根据P形管的外形要求和冷弯成形的设计思路,应用专业的冷弯成形设计软件COPRA对P形管进行成形工艺设计;建立了符合实际工况的计算模型,并使用COPRA的变形技术模块进行了变形模拟;将板带的应变最大值是否超过材料的应变极限作为判定是否合理的依据,根据变形模拟的结果改进了角度变化量和压缩量的分配方案,并设计了成形轧辊。在此基础上建立了P管成形的几何模型,并应用ABAQUS进行了全流程成形仿真,通过仿真结果的解析对最后道次的成形面进行了回弹角度的补偿。结果表明:计算机辅助设计可以优化成形工艺、预测成形缺陷、提高设计的可靠性。
According to the shape requirement of P-shaped pipe and the design idea of cold-formed, the forming process design of P-shaped pipe was carried out by COPRA, a professional cold-formed forming design software. The calculation model which accords with the actual working condition was established and the deformation technology module of COPRA The deformation simulation was carried out. Based on whether the maximum strain value of the strip exceeds the material strain limit or not, the distribution of angle variation and compression amount was improved according to the results of deformation simulation. The forming roll was also designed. On this basis, the geometric model of P-tube forming is established. The whole-process forming simulation is carried out by using ABAQUS. The bouncing angle of the forming face of the last pass is compensated through the analysis of the simulation results. The results show that computer aided design can optimize the forming process, predict the forming defects and improve the reliability of the design.
