随着石油开采技术的不断提高,稠油作为一种特殊油藏越来越引起石油工作者的重视。火烧驱油作为热力x采油的一种颇具特点的工艺手段,具有能量利用率高、技术限制少、适应性广等特点,综合了热驱、气驱、混相驱和非混相驱的驱油机理,是一种理想的提高采收率的方法。虽然火烧技术不断发展,但点火器、井下工具、注气管柱及生产管柱的腐蚀却未引起足够重视[1-2]。为此,有必要开展火烧驱油过程中井下套管、油管、生产泵及地面阀门、管件材质的选择与腐蚀防治技术研究,这对于新疆油田特殊油藏的安全生产及顺利开发具有十分重要的意义。

Despite the continuous development of fire-burning technology, the corrosion of igniters, downhole tools, gas injection pipe strings and production pipe strings has not been given enough attention [1-2]. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on the selection of casing materials, corrosion prevention and control of downhole casing pipes, oil pipes, production pumps and floor valves during the process of fire flooding and oil displacement, which is very important for the safe production and smooth development of special reservoirs in Xinjiang Oilfield significance.
