宫颈妊娠非常罕见,常有致命性出血需大量输血及子宫切除术。术前很准确诊,无经验者常误诊为不全流产而刮宫引起灾难性大出血。早孕伴不明原因出血者,如超声波能广泛用于诊断,将会减少此种急症。本文为1例宫颈妊娠的术前诊断及单纯结扎子宫动脉下行支以及时控制严重出血的报道。患者35岁,孕5产3,孕10周时因间断无痛性阴道出血4周入院。既往因骨盆狭窄曾行三次子宫下截剖腹产术,6年前因不全流产而刮宫,8年前
Cervical pregnancy is very rare, often fatal bleeding requires a large number of blood transfusions and hysterectomy. Preoperative diagnosis is very accurate, inexperienced people often misdiagnosed as incomplete abortion and curettage caused by catastrophic bleeding.
