为探讨神经生长因子受体(NGFR)在儿童贲门失弛缓症中表达的意义,应用免疫组织化学方法观察13例儿童贲门失弛缓症及6例对照组贲门部NGFR的分布情况,结果发现在患儿组贲门部肌层内NGFR阳性神经纤维明显减少或缺如,而肌间神经纤维丛则呈NGFR强阳性染色;对照组贲门部肌层内含丰富的NGFR阳性神经纤维,肌间神经节细胞亦呈NGFR阳性染色。结果提示NGFR的异常分布可能与儿童贲门失弛缓症发病的病理生理有关。
To investigate the significance of nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR) expression in children with cardia achalasia, the distribution of NGFR in cardia of 13 children with achalasia and 6 patients with cardia was observed by immunohistochemical staining. NGFR-positive nerve fibers in musculature of cardia were significantly reduced or absent, while myenteric nerve fiber bundles were strongly positive for NGFR staining. The control group consisted of rich NGFR-positive nerve fibers and myenteric ganglion cells Also showed positive NGFR staining. The results suggest that the abnormal distribution of NGFR may be related to the pathogenesis of achalasia in children.
