目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的发病原因及阴式手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室经阴道治疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产术后因不规则阴道出血、经期明显延长就诊的患者中,经输卵管碘油造影、宫腔镜、B超等发现子宫瘢痕憩室12例,全部行阴式手术治疗,达到好转及治愈。结论剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室患者,经阴道手术治疗是安全、简单、有效的一种治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the etiology of uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section and the clinical effect of vaginal surgery. Methods The post-cesarean section uterine scar diverticulum vaginal treatment cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results Cesarean section due to irregular vaginal bleeding, menstrual significantly prolonged treatment of patients, the tubal lipiodol, hysteroscopy, B-found in 12 cases of uterine scar diverticulum, all of the line of vaginal surgery, to achieve improvement and cure. Conclusions Transvaginal surgical treatment of uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section is a safe, simple and effective treatment.
