绍兴市茶场自1973年起生产红碎茶以来,产量年年增加,1982年运交出口的红碎茶有5397.46担,比1973年的2877.44担增加203.2％。但质量有起有落,1973—1976年产品质量好,常得到上海口岸公司的赞扬;1977—1978年产品质量下降,每担平均价比1973—1976年下降7.5％;1979—1982年品质又有提高,每担平均价比1977—1978年提高8.8％。由于品质提高,一年增加收入13—14万元,实践证明提高小叶种江碎茶品质的潜力是很大的。从绍兴市茶场10年来红碎茶品质起落的
