针对水闸在加固改造过程中新老结构的应力和位移分布有所不同的问题,以江苏省某水闸改造工程为例,采用三维有限元法分别对一次加载方式和模拟施工过程的加载方式下水闸的结构应力进行了计算,比较了两种不同加载方式的差异。结果表明,水闸改造工程应采用模拟施工过程的加载方式,该方式不仅考虑了水闸原有位移沉降对结构的影响,而且考虑了拆除部分结构与新增部分结构的施工过程对水闸剩余结构的影响。同时,还对减小结构应力提出了合理的施工建议。
In order to solve the problem that the distribution of stress and displacement of old and new structures are different during the process of reinforcement and reconstruction, a three-dimensional finite element method is used to study the load and deformation of a sluice in Jiangsu Province. The structural stresses were calculated and the differences between the two different loading methods were compared. The results show that the sluice reconstruction project should adopt the loading method which simulates the construction process. This method not only considers the influence of the original displacement settlement of the sluice on the structure, but also considers the influence of the construction process of the demolition part and the new part structure on the remaining structure of the sluice. . At the same time, it also puts forward reasonable construction suggestions to reduce the structural stress.
