针对经常犯错误的学生,班主任一般会采取批评的方式,但是不留情面的批评,可能会伤害学生的自尊心,教育效果有时适得其反。对于自尊心强或者性格孤僻的学生,不妨利用好教师评语这一评价方式,与学生真诚地交流沟通,引导学生掌握思想道德规范,提高对事物的是非、好坏、美丑、善恶的辨别和评价能力。教师评语是教师教育学生的窗口,语重心长、平易近人、恰到好处的评语,有利于学生的成长和进步。以下是我在教育实践中的一些亲身体会和看法,与大家共享。1.随时出现的评语便条。一般情况下,教师的评语只在学期末对学生的学习、生活、为人等各方面的思想和行为等表现进行一次动态性评价。我认为,评语不应只在学期末写,而应贯穿教师工作的始终。我们班上的一名男
